Distance, format and rules:
1. Clubs can enter one or more teams for the 1km chase race.
2. Each club is made up of Women's 10's and also Open 10's. Open can be made up of any number of women and men.
3. Clubs can combine with other clubs to form a team.
4. Clubs are to nominate when entering what category they are going to race as (Eg Premier, A, B or C) This is then used for handicapping and Median age used to determine winners in Masters/Seniors.
