No previous paddling experience necessary.

We are a supportive community of paddlers from all ages, backgrounds and experience levels. We like to train hard and get fit while enjoying the company our team mates.

You need to ARRIVE BY 10am to sign the activity waiver so that you are covered by our Public Liability Insurance. There is a Safety Brief that you must be present before getting in a boat.

This is a FREE session and once you are signed up we encourage you to come along for free for two more sessions.
